This is a basic dry rub I made with spices in my pantry and fridge. Everyone loved these ribs and ask for them time and time again.
Ingredients | Barbeque Dry Rub For Chicken3 tablespoons ground sage3 tablespoons lemon pepper1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary2 teaspoons garlic powder2 teaspoons dried thyme2 teaspoons ground black pepper4 pounds pork spareribsDirectionsPreheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Mix the sage, lemon pepper, rosemary, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture onto the spareribs.
